1. About us
This website is operated by Central Supply Co. (ABN 72 419 491 194), an Australian business. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Central Supply Co., and “you” means anyone who visits our website or buys from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.

3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Images are for illustration only. If a product isn’t as described, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Central Supply Co. is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not charged on our prices. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment through the options shown at checkout, which are processed securely by our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, can’t be delivered to your address, or the price was clearly listed in error. If we cancel an order, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Delivery
We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy has full details. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Using our website
You agree not to use our website for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to copy its content for commercial use without our permission. The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers.

9. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes have the conditions stated when they’re offered. Unless stated otherwise, they can’t be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders.

10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it, repairing it, or refunding the price you paid. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law says we must be.

11. Privacy
We handle your personal information under our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
