Our promise
We want you to be happy with your order. Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, email hello@centralsupplyco.com.au with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Many products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty against faults, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty periods vary by product (for example, some electronics carry 3 months), and where a product has a warranty, the period is shown on its product page. For a major failure, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem, we may repair or replace the item. We’ll arrange and pay for the return of faulty items.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer, and a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched and the parcel comes back to us, the refund is reduced by the original postage and the same 15% restocking fee. This also applies to parcels returned because of an incorrect address or because they weren’t collected.
Items we can’t accept back for change of mind
Opened health, beauty and personal-care products; bulky items delivered on a pallet; and items marked as final sale. Your rights for faulty items still apply.
How to start a return
Email hello@centralsupplyco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Returns go to a supplier warehouse, and we’ll give you the correct address or a return label.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
