Where we deliver: We deliver to addresses within Australia.
Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment from one of our Australian warehouses.
Delivery times: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Metro areas: 2–6 business days
- Regional areas: 4–10 business days
- Remote areas: 6–15 business days
These are estimates only. We use couriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, CouriersPlease, Aramex and TNT, chosen by the size and weight of each item. Delays can happen around public holidays, sale periods and severe weather.
Shipping costs: Standard shipping is $11 Australia-wide, or free on orders of $100 or more.
Large and heavy items: Bulky items such as portable fridges, generators, inflatable tents, gazebos, outdoor furniture and paddle boards have their own delivery charge, based on weight and delivery state. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. If your order mixes bulky and everyday items, the two charges are added together.
Multiple parcels: Orders with items from more than one department may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and doesn't cost you extra.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
PO boxes and parcel lockers: Some couriers can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please use a street address, especially for large items.
Remote areas: A small number of items can't be delivered to some remote postcodes. If this affects your order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, email photos to hello@centralsupplyco.com.au within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Please keep the item and packaging until we've resolved it.
